The app calculates how changes in interest rates could impact monthly payments, total interest, and repayment terms, providing a comprehensive financial overview without altering actual loan agreements.
The application also enables users to create custom interest rate trajectories by adding future events with new anticipated rates. Users can compare two scenarios of the same debt under different interest rates and see the projected payoff date and total payments. The monthly journal feature allows for detailed tracking of payments and interest, ensuring users have a clear understanding of their debt management.
